Project Update

Clubhouse interior walls are going up.

Building C - roof lines are starting to take shape.

Pre-cast is 3/4 of the way set on building B.

The entire basement in building C is poured and

we are about 70% finished with building B lower level.

1/2 the roof of C is sheathed.

Pre-cast, Pool & Roof

The crane has arrived and has started setting the 2nd layer of pre-cast on building B.

Roof trusses are getting braced and sheathing is starting to be installed.

The pool is being grounded and tentatively schedule to get sprayed on Wednesday.

Project Update

Half of the roof trusses have been set.

 The steel rebar for the pool is going in.

The masons have started laying the stone. They will be off until Tuesday

 next week due to the cold weather.

The last small walls of foundation B are being formed.

1/2 of building B has been backfilled in preparation of pre-cast.

The 2nd foundation wall of building B is being poured.

Roof truss sections are building built in preparation of swinging on Tuesday.

The clubhouse is cleared and ready to start putting back together.

The walls are braced ready for the 2nd pour of building B - upper parking garage.

The masons are setting up scaffolding in preparation for installing the stone veneer.

The base layer of gravel for the pool is being installed.
